INITIAL MEETING

During our initial meeting I will work with you to create your new home WishList.
- Determine space, location, and price requirements.
- Assess timeframe for sale and move.
- Get comfortable with the ins and outs of the purchase process.


THE HOME SEARCH

During the search for your perfect property I will keep you constantly updated on the changing home market. When your perfect property hits the market you will be the first to know. As a Re/Max broker I have access to:
- The MLS
- Re/Max Inventory
- Cooperative broker listings
- Unadvertised properties.



BARGAINING AND NEGOTIATIONS

You have found your dream home and its time to make an offer. Having an experienced realtor on your side makes negotiating easy and successful! I will enhance your bargaining position by discussing information such as:
- How certain property features may affect future marketability.
- The availability of like properties at a better price.
- Whether the property is worth the asking price.



Tip: You will typically spend 1-1.5% of the purchase price on closing costs such as land transfer tax, home inspection fees, and legal fees.

Purchasing a home is full of tricky steps and forms to fill out. I will guide you through this process and give you helpful information about:
