THE HOME SEARCH During the search for your perfect property I will keep you constantly updated on the changing home market. When your perfect property hits the market you will be the first to know. BARGAINING AND NEGOTIATIONS You have found your dream home and its time to make an offer. Having an experienced realtor on your side makes negotiating easy and successful! I will enhance your bargaining position by discussing information such as: - How certain property features may affect future marketability. - The availability of like properties at a better price. - Whether the property is worth the asking price. Tip: You will typically spend 1-1.5% of the purchase price on closing costs such as land transfer tax, home inspection fees, and legal fees.
